Workforce Challenge:
Servicon has been a long time partner of the SBWIB and the South Bay One-Stop Business & Career Centers-Inglewood in finding a resource of qualified candidates to meet their hiring needs. The One-Stop provided an assessment for Servicon’s specific needs and created an effective strategy to fit their specific business, employment and talent acquisition needs.
Outcomes & Benefits:
Servicon was provided with the SBWIB’s On-the-Job-Training Contracts and informed about the benefits of hiring individuals to their company where they can train them their way while getting reimbursement during the training period. Servicon has utilized South Bay One-Stop Business & Career Centers to hire participants, after One-Stop Staff recruited, screened, vetted and ultimately referred candidates that met Servicon’s hiring requirements.
